Your role

  • You manage all preventative maintenance and mandatory update work in accordance with contractual obligations and due date assignments.
  • You respond to incoming customer requests for planned activity scheduling and make outgoing contact in order to ensure all end-to-end activities occur ahead of system-specific due date.
  • You manage engagement milestones to ensure on time completion and identify actions required to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and required room availability for maintenance performance.
  • You react to changing priorities and are capable of engaging with customers and internal partners to reschedule planned work when required.
  • You provide reports on progress and actions on a regular basis by researching, documenting, and presenting findings.
  • You work with a diverse multi-national audience including all 13 Invivo/Invitro Business Lines, Business Areas, External Customers, Regional Support Center, Customer Care Center, Education Services, CSML, Finance, Services Marketing, Customer Administration, Business Process Engineering (Quality) and Regulatory Affairs.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance
  • Independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus 
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in a Medical Device or Healthcare environment preferred
