1. Review application drafts/office action responses prepared by outside counsels for domestic and foreign filings.
2. Support patent promotion activities and dispute actions.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Material Science or Chemistry/Chemical engineering, Physics, or semiconductor related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm, a patent office, or a corporation.
3. Preferable with semiconductor experience as an engineer or a patent professional.
4. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
5. US patent attorney or agent is preferable.
