As the Partner Alliance Marketing Manager for Foundry Ecosystem Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing ecosystem go-to-market strategy, programs, and campaigns with leading IP, Foundry and EDA partners to maximize the solution value for customers. As a valued member of the product management and marketing team of our EDA Group, you will establish and nurture partner relations and drive strategic partner initiatives working closely with the leadership team, broader product management, and marketing teams, sales, and field account teams, and business development teams. The position requires a seasoned marketer with deep professional experience developing and driving go-to-market and ecosystem partner strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive ecosystem strategy including identifying and crafting market-relevant, high-value initiatives to meet strategic priorities
  • Formulate and mobilize Foundry partnerships that deliver innovative and transformative programs
  • Build trust-based relationships across the IP, Foundry and EDA partner organizations in support of executing new ways of working and raising Synopsys’ profile as a preferred partner
  • Create effective marketing materials for inbound and outbound to support ecosystem campaigns
  • Serve as ecosystem strategy professional, creating and delivering presentations and communications both internally and externally to influence and enhance our position

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor / Foundry experience, including marketing; BS/MS, MBA preferred
  • Deep expertise in the understanding of IP / Foundry ecosystem, and familiarity with partner offerings
  • Highly motivated with a passion for innovation and developing effective partnership models
  • An innovative and energetic star capable of negotiation and management by influencing.
  • High degree of initiative and responsiveness – capable of working autonomously or in collaboration
  • Exceptional ability to drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically creating eye-catching PowerPoint presentations
