Successful candidates will have planning and work organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, and attention to details.
In this role, who reports to the local Site Manager, you will be supporting other employees working in the office, belonging to various business units (R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales).
This is an opportunity for an organized and motivated person, willing to be proactive in a very dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Italian mother language, working knowledge of English required
- Experience with MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and using a PC
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize multiple assignments, and possess time management skills
Job description:
- Daily administrative support of the office
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, trainings, and customer events
- Coordinate domestic and international travels
- Coordinate general office logistics, office supplies, catering (including entering purchase requests in the procurement system); keep relationship with, and supervise work of, the office suppliers (cleaning company, maintenance services, office property owner, etc …)
- Work with other Synopsys teams (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Facilities, …) to support local employees
- Work with the external provider for safety and security services (to enroll employees in mandatory safety trainings and medical visits)
