What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our marketing and communications team.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are not afraid to take risks and are eager to learn. You should be humble enough to expedite the less glamorous and repetetive tasks of marketing, yet bold enough to participate in campaign decisions, write fresh content, and suggest new creative ideas.

The role demands flexibility and organizational skills. You’ll work on both short-term reactive projects, as well as longer-term strategic campaigns and launches. As you will be part of a remote team, you will need to have strong abilities to drive projects and communicate with stakeholders within and outside the marketing team, from different roles and in different cultures.

The scope of the work is broad, varied, and demands strong abilities to communicate and collaborate.

  • Plan, coordinate and analyze marketing campaigns, launches, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and following up with internal and external parties. You will need to consider the needs of different stakeholders in the company and keep track of deadlines and budgets.
  • Design, create, and update marketing assets, graphics, videos, and templates.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and look across all channels and material.
  • Write original copy for social media platforms and website content. In addition to writing, you’ll be tasked with copyediting and repurposing marketing materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts and assist in logistics for events and other activities.
  • Contribute to accomplishing company and team goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field, or at least 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within the software or technology industry
  • Experience from working in an international setting
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing
  • Knowledge of brand management
  • Experience from working in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of website management
  • Experience in project management, preferably from managing events or other large marketing projects
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude to work
  • A desire to learn and positively influence marketing activities and strategic direction
  • The ability to communicate effectively

What we’d love you to have:

  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Experience in organic and paid social media marketing
  • Experience in working in a CRM – we use Salesforce.com
  • Experience in email marketing – we use MailChimp
  • Experience in content management
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and account-based marketing

What’s in it for you?

As well as joining a flexible, open, and supportive team of curious, collaborative, and driven marketers who are keen to explore new ways of doing things, you’ll get to work on promoting leading-edge technology in a fast-evolving industry.

As a marketing coordinator, you will be able to work creatively and try new ways to express the company’s value proposition. You will be at the center of driving projects and will get to communicate with different stakeholders inside and outside the company. Your tasks will be varied and focus can shift depending on current needs. There will be possibilities for you to affect the scope depending on your passions. The role can involve traveling to various events across the world.
