Manufacturing Production Operator (Permanent)

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

1. Ensures materials received are correct against Bill of Material (BOM).
2. Improve in-process skills and improve productivity.
3. Ensuring all parts done is in good quality, which meet customer requirement.
4. Update finding and buddy checking.
5. Filing inspection sheet, parts labelling and fill-in production record.
6. Enter all the production hours into Labour Ticket Entry / Process Order Transaction System & Scrap Entry System.
7. Scan in the entire parcel ID/Issue ID of the material use into Shop Issue Assignment.
8. Performing tooling / machine setup for production run.
9. Any other job related duties as assigned by management.
10. Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

Required Experience:

1 year in related / similar position.

Preferred Education:

SPM / related technical or equivalent experience.
