Requirements

• Must have experience in supporting customers and leading/Managing large support team
• 15+ years of experience in in all aspects of RTL2GDS implementation flow & has taped out designs in advanced processes
• Knowledge of Cadence and/or Synopsys tools
• Strong scripting skills in TCL/python/Perl
• Must have excellent debugging skills & ability to prioritize tasks/issues
• Experience in signoff STA/LVS/DRC flows of advanced processes – preferred
• Has customer interfacing experience (AE) – preferred
• Have strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in working with cross functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Application Engineers, which support physical design activities
• Provide close support to customers & resolve any challenges
• Provide training to customers on our tools & present our technology
• Provide continuous feedback to R&D to improve the product
