We are looking for a Labor Relations Manager

What will be your challenges?

· Advise, collaborate and provide support on all Labor Relations issues, with a focus on anticipating trends and capturing opportunities in labor matters.

· Manage relations with trade associations with which the company must interact by virtue of the businesses in which it is immersed.

· To be a link between the businesses and the Law Firms that manage labor demands and claims, ensuring correct follow-up and decision-making within the appropriate time frames.

· Participate in the Contractor Control process, defining control procedures and documentation to be validated.

· Act as a trainer for the rest of the HR team in the areas where they are specialists.

· Support the management of personnel income and expenses

· Update HR policies and procedures from the point of view of Labor Relations.

Administer the policy of disciplinary sanctions

What do we expect from you?

· Graduated in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources or related career, with solid knowledge in labor law and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.

Experience of more than 5 years in positions that prove the management of labor demands and union negotiations

· Experience in negotiation with different sections of UOCRA (desirable)

Fluent English (desirable)

· Ability to influence, decision making in complex environments, good communicator, strategic thinking
