What you will be doing

Working within our small IT team, you will be the go-to person providing IT support to our global employee base.

In this role, centered on delivering exceptional customer service, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of tech support, supporting both our engineering teams and broader business operations. Every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities, ensuring that monotony is never a concern. You’ll gain invaluable experience across a spectrum of IT issues, empowering you to confidently tackle any challenges that come your way. This role serves as a launchpad for leveraging your academic background into practical expertise, offering both development and support to fuel your professional growth.

Our team use a variety of tools to support this including well known applications from Atlassian, GitLab, Google and AWS

What we need from you:

• Currently studying, or recently completed, an IT related course
• A real passion for IT and computer support
• Experience of having worked in an office environment a real advantage
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Demonstration of being a self-starter, taking ownership of issues is a key responsibility of this role.
