We are looking for an highly motivated and energetic IT Helpdesk & operations manager.

In this job, you will:

  • Manage CEVA helpdesk and support operations team.
  • Demonstrate hands-on capabilities on desktop and laptop level, including:
  • Installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, configuring systems and applications.
  • Access software updates, drivers and KBs to aid in troubleshooting & resolving technical issues.
  • Exploring new hardware / software, Configure initial software build for new hardware.
  • Promote processes to enhance CEVA IT operation flow
  • Interact with business managers and CEVA teams worldwide to enhance IT solutions.
  • Investigate incidents and run a learning process to implement changes to avoid reoccurrence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • IT Helpdesk & Operations team management
  • Recent and On-Going hands-on proven experience – MUST
  • IT Project management or cross teams operations – ADVANTAGE
  • Knowledge in Networking – ADVANTAGE
  • Knowledge in Virtualization (VMware) ADVANTAGE
  • Experienced Linux/Windows system admin – ADVANTAGE
  • Great inter-personal abilities
  • Capable of setting and managing IT SLA.
