Internship – R&D Engineer, Emulator Compiler team (f/m/d)

Cadence emulators are state of the art systems that allow customers to verify their designs before tape-out. Emulation technology also allows users to develop and debug the software for designs before the design is available in a form of physical ASIC. This project will allow you to work with the Palladium emulator and take a deep dive into the hardware and software technologies used in emulation systems, specifically focusing on developing innovative partitioning techniques. You will be able to collaborate with the multinational team at our Cadence site.

Position Requirements: 

• MSc/MEng student
• Strong algorithmic & software development skills, with a focus on graph partitioning
• Good communication skills (fluent in English)
• Team player
•  Problem solving skills
