Your tasks

• Support in day-to-day operations
• Independent responsibility for applicant communication and applicant management
• Organization of various activities in the context of company events and health management
• Preparation of data, statistics, key figures and presentations
• Support in the field of training and further education
• Assumption of special projects and assistant tasks

Your qualification

• Studied business administration, psychology or sociology with a focus on human resources and / or work organization with good academic performance
• Previous internships, training or working student positions in HR are an advantage
• Personal initiative, “hands-on mentality” and team orientation
• Safe knowledge of MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English
