SUMMARY
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing all Human Resources functions to client groups. This includes providing support regarding talent management, recruitment, employee relations, salary administration, performance management, organizational effectiveness and compensation. The HR Generalist will be partnering with the Country HR Head to drive human resource functional excellence in providing internal customer support in all business units as required (today representing 150 to 200 employees) and can additionally work on key HR projects with a wider scope.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Be a trusted advisor for employees and managers
•    Work closely with managers to define and execute worldwide and local HR strategies that enable the accomplishment of business objectives
•    Roll-out of global HR processes and ensuring consistency of group initiatives and projects (performance review, reward cycle, recruitment, learning & development, and others)
•    Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, processes, tools and systems;
•    Contribute to global and local HR initiatives / projects

•    Be a change management agent contributing to the harmonization of culture and HR practices

•    Ensure compliance with labor regulations
•    Contribute in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
•    Employee onboarding, performance and manage training plan & development
•    Ensure management / interaction with local representatives (CSE)
•    Follow up and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
•    Administration of compensation and benefits
•    Close cooperation with payroll administration
•    Liaise with legal and Country HR to comply with all legal, security, social obligations
•    Collaborate with local and international HR teams as required;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Degree: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
 Experience: 5 years of professional HR generalist exposure in an international context
 Work experience:
•    Good knowledge and understanding of employment and labor laws and other human resource concept and processes
•    Ability to interact with all levels of staff within an international matrix organization
•    Proficiency in personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, HRIS, Google, websites, etc)
•    Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
•    Hands-on mentality
•    Fluent verbal and written English skills
