HR Generalist

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will manage the Human Resources function in Israel.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support to team in Israel
• Assist with the implementation of HRIS system and ongoing maintenance of system
• Generate monthly reporting for internal stakeholders
• Develop and run onboarding & offboarding program
• Assist with training & development initiatives
• Maintain employee records
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended
• Coordinate with global HR team on projects
• Ensure employee welfare are maintained and meet industry standards
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years’ experience in HR, including HR generalist role
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
