Description

 

– Work with HR teams to define HR related issues which can be resolved via data analysis
– Create appropriate data models from various sources for deep-dive analysis and present key findings / issues
– Based on analysis, make recommendations on policies and/or operational improvement
– Support HR functions to ensure the consistency, accuracy and validity of HR data quality, and data analysis

 

Qualifications

 

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
– Flexible for changes, quick learner, team player with high EQ.
– 3-5 years of experience in HR related fields or data management and analys is preferred
– Experienced with data analytics and visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI
– Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
