Your role and responsibilities

As Head of Sales, your mission will be to grow Secure-IC revenue with a defined set of Customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). You will be dealing with the major players in the semiconductor and governmental market, and you will actively contribute to the growth of the company. Your role will be to promote a portfolio based on Security IP, EDA Tools, and Services. As Head of Sales, you will work with customers through direct and partner relationships.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Participate in the establishment of the local business development strategy
  • Prospecting and actively seeking business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain the prospect pipeline at a high level by actively hunting in the landscape of companies looking for embedded cybersecurity solutions
  • Analyze the needs of potential customers
  • Win customer projects by proposing a detailed offer of security solutions with the support of the Product Marketing team, in order to increase the customer portfolio
  • Maintain the CRM system and report to your management on your activities
  • Organize regular visits to customers, either with the local representative, the marketing team or alone, and keep in touch with them
  • Animate and manage the sales managers in the EMEA region

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Master’s Degree in business and/or electronic/IC design engineering
  • Minimum 5–year experience in a similar position
  • Professional experience in marketing would be appreciated
  • You like to work in a customer centric environment with ambitious goals
  • Fluent in English
  • Naturally curious, able to be autonomous and mobile
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, determination, and proactivity
  • Capable of uniting people through a common goal/project
  • International experience will be appreciated
  • You have a strong willingness to learn, even on very technical subjects
