As the Head of EMEA Sales Enablement, you will be a part of the global sales enablement team and you will set a high bar for sales execution to the EMEA sales organization whilst tailoring enablement to the needs of the EMEA market.  You are expected to be creative and self-motivated in partnering with sales leaders and sales reps to achieve success.

Field sales enablement:  Participate in customer visits and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.  Identify common gaps that could be filled by group training sessions or external workshops.  Work with front line sales managers to gather insights and deliver on a strategy to increase competency areas.

Inside sales enablement:  Work with our inside sales team to develop and hone prospecting skills.  Implement the Synopsys sales process and run role plays, certification exams, coaching sessions.  Prepare junior sales reps for a career in sales management or field sales.

Key Qualifications

  • An understanding what it means to sell solutions, not just products
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to co-build enablement strategy with global and local leadership
  • Ability to quickly build trust with sales reps
  • Fearlessness in overcoming natural human resistance to practice, training and coaching
  • Fluency in English and bonus if proficient in French or German

Preferred Experience

  • Enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Training and coaching experience
