CEVA is seeking for a Safety Manager to join CEVA Software Development department.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Project manage DSP Hardware and Software projects, accountable for all of their Safety tasks & aspects.
• Products implementation and monitoring according to ISO guidelines,
• Setting the company’s safety culture, including holding periodic reviews, statuses meetings, assessments and audits.
• Customer interfaces, meetings with customer’s safety experts.
• Being the focal point for any safety related activity

• B.Sc . in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of technical HW / SW project manager experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a HW or SW engineer.
• Familiar with standards ISO26262 / ISO9001/ ISO16949, Automotive SPICE
• High motivation to learn & work with complicated integrated hardware & software safe systems.
• Previous position as Functional safety manager in the Automotive Industry – big advantage
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and self-management
• Good risk management skills, weighing development effort against the added value and justifying safety with availability
• Good written and spoken English
