The Digital Strategy and Operations Manager, located in Austin, TX, will lead programs within Commercial Operations to define, build, and launch an exceptional digital experience for GlobalFoundries customers, partners, and employees. The role will drive cross functional collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to develop new tools and services that drive best in class digital experience across the customer lifecycle and drive value through the GF business.

In conjunction with key stakeholders the role will implement the digital experience for customers and employees to drive efficiency through the E2E customer, sales, and partner lifecycles. Key objectives for the role include the ease to do business, business process simplification, and providing predictive data driven insights. In addition, the candidate will be the go-to subject matter expert on the technology, processes and operations required to support the GlobalFoundries digital experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a good mix of business acumen and domain expertise within the Digital, Portal, and CRM functions

Essential Responsibilities:

Drive and manage Digital Transformation of the customer life cycle across the E2E customer experience.

Upgrade of Customer and Partner portals aligned to GF Business processes from Prospect  to EOL
Implement sales data analytics across the customer process to drive insight and highlight future
Align the digital experience to the new strategic sales process

Data management – Align with corporate data management standards and drive sales and partner compliance

Critical problem solving and collaboration with Commercial Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Business Units

Sales/business unit process management in linking product strategies to Sales deliverables.
Perform all activities in a safe ad responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and or MBA Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain Operations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or Related Discipline
10 or more years of relevant experience implementing Technology and process to support digital transformations within the B2B environment including Customer & Partner Portal, Sales Process, and analytics/reporting
SFDC or equivalent CRM experience
Travel Requirements:  Minimal: 10% of Travel
Language Fluency:  English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Partner Management, Sales processes, controls and analytics
Strong knowledge of Sales planning, and strategy, and processes
Ability to use data to drive decisions
Business unit planning
Semiconductor Engineering
Experience using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
