Description

  • Conduct international assignee briefings, and be able to explain the policy philosophies and application independently
  • Act as a main contact point for assignee and actively respond to incoming email and phone enquiries. Able to refer the enquires to right parties for further investigation
  • Collect information and documents required for immigration process from assignees and be able to deal with large volume of applications within a short turnaround time
  • Act as the first layer of advice for any global mobility related enquires from employees / line managers / stakeholders based on Global Mobility Policies and practice
  • Build and develop a comprehensive FAQ of the Global Mobility policy and relocation related matters
  • Maintain and keep track of any exceptional request and provide analysis / report on the impact to company

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and mindset
  • Good understanding of global mobility and relocation
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle cases in batch
  • Sensible to different cultures and flexible to suit differing cultural norms
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of overall work experience in international company, preferably on Global Mobility / Relocation consultancy, or with experience in engaging and managing employees from different culture/nations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS (PeopleSoft)
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus
