Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You develop, plan and organize events on C-level (CxO) together with us
• You develop concepts, content and formats to interact more with our C-Level customer segment
• You will work with our Value Promise teams to create inspiring content that supports our positioning to the target audience at our own events, as well as at third-party regional events
• You will identify new ideas and trends in the area of successful digital customer interaction and customer loyalty
• You will also monitor current content trends relevant to the healthcare industry
• Working closely with key account sales colleagues and the marketing & sales department of the regions and business units is also part of your responsibilities
• You will measure, report and present results as well as potentials and evaluate them with the colleagues of the Board Office

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• You have several years of experience in organizing events in the healthcare industry and at management level (hospital, consulting)
• You have a keen interest in the trends currently driving the healthcare industry
• You are very familiar with MS – Office

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good communication and marketing skills
• You have the ability to work with little supervision and are self-motivated.
• Personally you convince with your ability to work in a team as well as problem recognition and analytical skills; in addition, your strengths lie in planning, project management and change management
• You are goal and result oriented and have a talent for problem solving, multitasking and prioritizing issues
• You are business fluent in English and have a first knowledge of German, further language skills are a plus
