General Accounting Section Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts receivable and payable processes, long-term investment, general ledger to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance
• Lead the team to streamline the process through digital transformation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with auditors and external stakeholders
• Implement accounting system and train new staff for overseas subsidiaries
• Train and develop the team to ensure optimal performance

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with accounts receivable and payable, investment accounting, reporting and general ledger management
• CPA certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Global working experience of public company is preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Effective skills required: communication, project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Possess utmost integrity, a strong knowledge of accounting principles/regulations, and financial acumen
• Ability work cross-functionally under pressure in a fast-paced high-tech environment with strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
