This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Finance Performance Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Handling all Business Administration functions for DTI, Development Center, Cybersecurity, and User Experience divisions.
- Monthly closing and reporting for Finance related topics includes journal entries, intern company (ICC) billings and period end P&L analytics.
- In charge of Government projects in terms of financial planning, budgeting, reporting and audit. Prepare quarterly government invoices and monitor collection of invoices. Work together with Government project manager on monthly project pipeline report.
- Financial planning and budgeting for above Technology Excellence groups, including monthly Financial Forecast, reporting to Function Controlling, as well as period end reporting to Headquarter functions in Germany on Performance Dialogue slides for Management meetings.
- Close working with Research Group and Function head to manage subcontract cost and assist on project set-up in system. Update file for Interns & Contractors and obtain projects from Research Group heads to be charged.
- Prepare Yearly Transfer Pricing file to calculate final margin and submit to Corporate tax department. And select projects for yearly Research Tax credit and submit to tax department. Complete yearly financial questionnaire.
- Update on a yearly basis, ISO 9001 process flowcharts for Financial Planning & Control, Procurement, & Government Functions. Complete training courses & quizzes on yearly basis.
- Responsible for Yellow book audit of all our government contracts and invoices.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- 5+ years of Financial Controlling and reporting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance; masters preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory
- Working with latest technology and be willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions like Power Business Intelligent tools.
- Previous experience managing multi-state teams and employees
- Previous experience managing multi-national company’s financial reporting is preferred.
