Field Application Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

Within the sales team and project management team, you will participate to the development of the company and assist the customers’ project requirements.

To attend this mission, you will:

In Pre-sales team:

• Support Sales Team in order to understand customers’ real requirement and to find right products or solutions to fulfill customers’ project requirements;
• Interact with Architecture team to have a better understanding of our products and to define the Customer Requirement Specification;
• Analyze competitor products/solutions to provide technical argument to Sales’ team;
• Deliver product’s demo and trainings to clients;
• Support trade shows and client meeting Worldwide (mainly China);
• Prepare documentation on market trends and analysis;
• As an important bridge between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales, you will support Project Management Office to better understand customers’ requirements and help to make sure the project implementation goes very well.

In Project Management Office team:

• Be the entry point for our Customers at the Kick-off and in the course of the project until successful completion, and during annual support and maintenance if any;
• Coordinate R&D teams and all stakeholders to deliver on-time our customers;
• Set the planning and reporting according to the Statement Of Work of the Customer contracts.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Nano electronics or Cyber security education related;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (related experience or interested in security);
• Fluent in Chinese and English (at least business proficient);
• Strong technical knowledge in C/C++, VHDL/Verilog and semi-conductor;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point);
• Ability to travel with international customers and understand their requirements;
• Naturally curious, able to be autonomous and reactive;
• Excellent communication, fast learner with team work attitude;
• International experience will be appreciated.
