Facilities Engineer – Construction and operation of buildings

Within the new works division, you will join a team dedicated to coordinating and supporting the various multi-technical projects carried out by the department.

At your level, you will be the technical civil engineering referent for all our construction projects and for the maintenance of existing buildings and underground networks.

As a true conductor of your area, you will be involved throughout projects from the study phase to the operational phase, interacting with multiple interfaces.

You build and implement the investment strategy for the operation of existing buildings and underground networks, in line with the company’s development ambitions and manufacturing needs.

A graduate of a civil engineering school, or equivalent, you have significant experience in a similar position which has allowed you to develop solid skills in the study, construction and operation of industrial buildings and VRDs.

Your in-depth knowledge of construction standards, current regulations and best practices in safety and energy saving allow you to easily manage the projects entrusted to you.

You demonstrate leadership and good listening skills to manage and influence numerous internal and external stakeholders. You are structured, know how to identify priorities and coordinate your activities with purpose and agility.

Knowledge of the BIM/3D modeling environment would be a plus.
