Position Summary:

Perforce Software is looking to add an Enterprise Account Executives (enterprise sales) to support sales for our Application Testing division (Perfecto & BlazeMeter) is experiencing remarkable growth, and we’re seeking a talented Enterprise Sales professional to thrive in the vibrant DACH region. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continued expansion among both new and existing enterprise clients in the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the DACH region, overseeing multiple countries.
  • Master the MEDDIC sales methodology to drive growth and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities across strategic accounts, engaging with C-level and C-2 business leaders.
  • Understand prospective customers’ challenges related to application performance and testing, positioning Perfecto & BlazeMeter as the ideal solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to create and present ROI assessments, effectively showcasing the value of Perforce’s application testing solutions to close strategic deals.
  • Establish and nurture champions to acquire new clients and expand within existing accounts, strategically building and maintaining a strong customer base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  MBA or advanced technology degree preferred
  • Proven track record in closing deals within an enterprise B2B mobile testing sales environment (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Demonstrated success in generating and growing business with clients through strategic approaches.
  • Proficiency in constructing and implementing comprehensive end-to-end sales processes.
  • History of high performance in previous roles, both professionally and personally, with a strong drive for success.
  • Energetic, motivated, and committed to exceeding performance expectations.
  • Proven top performer (consistently overachieves quota) selling into the Fortune 1000
  • Experience selling directly into complex enterprise environments
  • Bilingual in German and English
