You will make an impact by:
- Providing timely responses to internal and external customers, including delivery updates, advance warning of shipping delays, shipment confirmation, order reschedules and return authorizations.
- Facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution.
- Maintaining a competency level of product, product-specific documents, production process, and capabilities.
- Utilizing SAP order management system and other business software systems.
- Provide ideas and solutions on process improvements.
- Foster and maintain a positive customer centric environment.
- Assisting project management and planning in daily administrative tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing role supporting a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing role in production or manufacturing setting
- SAP knowledge/experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and business software system experience
- Associate degree in related discipline

- The pay range for this position is $48,650 – $101,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
