ELM Project Manager

Primary responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate execution i.e. detailed project plan, progress tracking, issues and risks
• Successfully deliver project deliverables on plan and on budget
• Manage budget and resources
• Engaging and driving resources (internal and external) assigned to the project
• Ensure compliance to IT processes
• Report progress to Project board/team, Project Business lead and the Product manager

Job qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business/General management or related
• Experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodology
• At least 10 years of related experience, capable of managing multiple complex tracks in parallel
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Collaborates to achieve objectives. Build network inside and outside the organization.
• Understanding of business process definition, requirement gathering, and documentation of functional specs will be a plus
• Solution-oriented and has a ‘do it, try it, fix it’ mentality. Drives results.
• Pro-active, willing to speak up, structured
• Eager to work in an international environment
