EBO Data Preparation Engineer

1. Mask DP (data preparation) pattern conversion engineering and integration
2. Conduct projects related to mask pattern conversion and OPC handling
3. Mask DP production 2nd-line support and continuous improvements
4. Collaboration with TSMC internal fabs and departments for engineering tasks and new business flow setup

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering related fields.
2. Clear logical thinking and a fast learner
3. Good communication skill and capable to coordinate across teams
4. Teamwork spirit and self-motivated, willing to support production related activities
5. Familiar with fab and photo/litho is a plus
6. Familiar with Unix/Linux user-level operations and/or programming languages is a plus
