We are looking for a multi-talented Marketing Director, ambitious and energetic with a high sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/she will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others, while impeccably executing plans to completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in similar Marketing
  • Experience in the Enterprise SW or SaaS companies (in the electronics sector – a plus)
  • Strong project management and people management, overseeing the marketing department and guiding its day-to-day operations
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Strong data analysis capabilities
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Proven experience as Marketing Director
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  • BA in marketing, communications or other relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for the various product lines, from raising awareness to growing ambassadors
  • Lead the company’s brand strategy, digital marketing and demand generation
  • Manage all aspects of the Inbound Marketing strategies
  • Work closely with Sales to build and implement Account Based Marketing methodologies
  • Create and manage the implementation of the marketing plan, schedule, budget, resources, and expenditure allocation
  • Manage all aspects of the Marketing department, including communications, brand, content and digital
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with internal stakeholders, creative and content teams, sales and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products
  • Grow our online presence and lead generation through SEO, digital campaigns, social strategies, and content
  • Utilize data for marketing campaigns, examining the organization’s databases, subject matter experts and external data
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, manage tasks, priorities and timelines, with clear and efficient reporting methods
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
  • Provide tools and materials for sales enablement, building a rich library of collateral for the various segments
  • Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights
