DE shift manager / production team leader (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks await you:
- Disciplinary and technical management, organization and coordination of the respective shift (24/7) of approx. 25 employees in a fully continuous shift system
- Implementation and control of compliance with work instructions and the specified work processes
- Central contact person in the event of disruptions including coordination of corrective measures
- Supporting process optimization in workflows, technology and quality
- Ensuring system availability and optimal production utilization in compliance with occupational safety, quality and deadline requirements
- Opening and providing new production orders according to SAP specifications
- Support in the area of work preparation in collaboration with production management

We say “yes of course” to you if the following applies to you:
- Ideally completed technical vocational training as an electronics technician, cutting machine operator, microtechnologist, industrial mechanic, technician, machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company (electronics industry, semiconductor industry an advantage)
- Ideally, first professional experience as a manager in the production area
- High leadership and creative motivation as well as cross-departmental interest
- Independent and cooperative working style as well as a strong awareness of quality
- Knowledge of lean management (including KVP, 5S, KANBAN)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and solid written knowledge of English
- Initial SAP knowledge desirable as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
