 Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Assist with placement/cancel of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales order
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Required Experience

  • Part time experience is preferred

Preferred Education

  • BSc degree in English literature or business administration is preferred
