Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Assist with placement/cancel of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales order
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Required Experience
- Part time experience is preferred
Preferred Education
- BSc degree in English literature or business administration is preferred
