Corporate Research – Memory/Analog Circuit Design Engineer

Description

• Evaluate, design, tape out, and testing of custom memory or accelerator circuits

Qualification

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Familiar with one or more of custom circuit design methodology stages (e.g., spice simulation, layout verification, RC extraction, post-layout simulation, and EM/IR analysis).
• Basic understanding of memory functionality is required and knowledge of critical circuit blocks is nice to have.
• Passionate about working on one or more of the followings fields – AI accelerator, emerging memory, cryogenic, and heterogenous 3D-IC circuit design.
