Role Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of common Information Technology verbiage and tools (Zoom, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Whiteboard, mobile device management and other applications as needed)
  • Produce various versions of designs/visual representations in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback within the team, suggesting/receiving modifications and improvements for documentation, communications, project plans and presentations
  • Confident when presenting content to all audiences; able to articulate clear and concise messaging
  • Fundamental knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint online
  • Attend discussion sessions to determine the communication needs and assess best solution
  • Measure and apply metrics to written and shared content to assess effectiveness
  • Collect design requirements to conceptualize visual communication tools
  • Maintain accurate client interaction documentation
  • Edit, clarify and proofread communication written by others as assigned
  • Perform support tasks in the planning, layout and preparation of artwork for inclusion in technical manuals, reports, product brochures, displays and presentations
  • Determine composition of technical illustrations and select views, angles, perspectives and projections necessary for presentation
  • Assist in selection of techniques best suited to produce desired visual effects and recommend methods and mediums to convey desired effect
  • Write user documentation

Role Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Fundamental understanding of web design capabilities and functions a plus
  • Understand common use cases for different forms of communication
  • As a skilled specialist, complete a wide range of complex tasks in resourceful and effective ways
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Works under the general guidance of management and key team contributors with independence in planning work
  • Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
  • Active listening, patience, attentiveness, adaptability and dependability
  • Ability to build working relationships with colleagues across the company
  • Understand the critical role effective communication plays in the business environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years related experience preferred
