- You are part of our team that implements customer-specific and sustainable solutions in security technology, especially in fire alarm technology
- You start your assignment directly from home and drive your company vehicle to customers in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, such as public institutions, industrial customers and hospitals
- You will put fire alarm systems into operation professionally and on time at the customer’s site
- In addition, you are an important contact person for customers during commissioning, carry out acceptance tests if necessary and accept customer requests for additional services in order to coordinate them with project or construction site management
- Furthermore, you control the commissioning of IT components and system parts according to a service specification and create appropriate measurements
- You will work closely with our sales department, project management and our service department
- They create digital connections between the components and our headquarters, thereby securing the basis for remote operation
- They document the services performed and create operational reports
- You will also support our Remote Service Center team with digitization for the remote activation of our fire alarm systems
Your profile for “Making the future possible”.
- You have completed work-related training, for example in the field of communications and communications engineering, information electronics, telecommunications technology, industrial engineering or energy system technology
- You also have relevant professional experience in the commissioning, assembly and/or service of safety systems, in particular fire alarm systems
- You are familiar with IT and security technology and have already gained knowledge of the programming and supply of fire alarm systems
- In addition, you score with your reliable way of working, a customer-friendly demeanor, future-oriented way of thinking and with very cooperative teamwork
- A valid driver’s license, very good knowledge of German and willingness to travel, especially in the Rhine-Neckar region, round off your profile
