CIS Technology Program-Process Integration Engineer

Description

• Be responsible to drive leading edge process/pixel device development and optimization of CMOS Image Sensor in order to meet scaling, performance, reliability and manufacturability requirements.
• Identify and solve IC process and device problems

Qualifications

• Minimum Master degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Over 1 year experience in Process Integration, Pixel Design, Pixel Testing, Color Process or Module House of CMOS Image Sensor is preferred.
• Open communication skills and be able to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
