Principal Physical Design Engineer

Cadence’s SoC Design Services team is seeking an experienced place and route technical lead to join our team. Experience in the entire netlist-to-GDSII flow is desired, including floorplanning, place and route, timing and power optimization, static timing analysis, physical verification, and power signoff analysis.

Minimum 10 years experience in physical design and 3 years experience leading tapeout projects required. BSEE or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred.
