Business System Analyst (Intern)

Responsibilities

• Gather & understand requirements from business users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find out business or system needs
• Convert functional requirements into use cases, epics, user stories and perform business validation of user stories.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements that address complex business processes and identify opportunity for improving those.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD)
• Present FDD to business users and seek feedback & approval
