Key Responsibilities:
· Development of conceptual solutions for process industries in the domain of control systems, instrumental and analytical systems, electrical energy and calculations
· Specification of equipment and works, selection of equipment in accordance with the technical and technological conditions and requirements of the project
· Ensuring compliance of the selected solution with all engineering disciplines
· Coordination of the engineering and sales team for technical solutions in the process industry
· Taking care of the completeness, quality and timeliness of the offer to the user and the fulfillment of tender procedures
· Control of compliance of the company’s obligations and project requirements with specifications and relevant legislation
· Ensuring compliance of all aspects of the offer with internal company regulations and guidelines
· Participation in negotiations with customers, preparation of technical aspects of offers, presentation of offers, support for technical and commercial implementation of contracts
· Active participation in the procurement process and technical evaluation of the offered equipment
· Preparation of detailed project solutions that are economically aligned with the client’s expectations and the calculated costs and risks of the customer’s project
· Risk management (analysis of the project environment, identification and evaluation of additional business opportunities and business risks, definition of measures for the realization of potential business opportunities)
Qualifications and candidate profile:
· Higher degree in electrotechnical or mechanical engineering, with experience in automation projects
· Minimum 7 years of experience on projects involving control systems, instrumentation, analytical equipment and power engineering, leading projects or participating in them
· IPMA/PMI certification is preferred
· Knowledge of process industries (water and gas treatment industry, chemical, petrochemical, petroleum)
· Having appropriate design and construction licenses in accordance with the law on construction is an advantage
· Advanced level of knowledge of the English language
· Excellent computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD, EPLAN, as well as a tool for selecting instruments and frequency-regulated drives
· Developed communication and presentation skills
