BD & Product Marketing Manager


The Business Developer is also the Marketing Manager for Dolphin Design products.

Its mission is to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and the positioning of Dolphin in the market.
As a technical product marketing manager, he collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee the success of the products we market.


•  Market Analysis
– Perform appropriate market research on the business.
– Identify new prospects and potential customers in its market
– Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

•  Development of customer opportunities
– Write relevant content (public relations, articles, white paper, etc.) and promote Dolphin at conferences, meetings and industry events.
– Prepare marketing material (advantages and positioning) to present IP offers, in close collaboration with the dedicated system architect.
– Create relationships with potential customers while developing existing relationships
– Define and promote complete technical proposals in collaboration with the system architect.
– CRM update and monitoring

• Product
roadmap – Work with the main customers to identify their medium and long-term needs and feed our product IP roadmap.
– Provide market information to product development teams to align the product roadmap with market needs.

•  Product Marketing
– Create design guides, assessment guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, webinars on the product line.
– Respond to customer or field requests, help development teams.
– Ensure compliance with the roadmap and product maturity

•  Methodology and development process
– Create tools and / or processes to ensure appropriate execution of BD and Marketing
– Deployment of best BD and Marketing practices within the Sales team
– Ensure compliance with methodology and continuous improvement


• Technical foundations in microelectronics (preferably audio processing, RF and mixed signals)
• Good knowledge of technical marketing and business development methods
• Translate technical content into marketing messages
• Understand the needs of prospects / customers
• English current
