Bruno, IT and Automation Solutions Manager is waiting for you and offers to take charge of the installation of automated chains in private and public medical analysis laboratories.
Your tasks:
– Participate in internal preparation meetings;
– Analyze the needs and the services sold and propose possible actions to be taken;
– Participate in the pre-installation visit on site in the presence of the customer, the subcontractors, the sales engineer;
– Check and control the compliance of hardware and software installations;
– Install the elements provided for in the customer order by following the installation procedures and documenting the installation checklists;
– Carry out the planned actions (work, creation of a dictionary, settings, etc.)
– Train users during the installation in accordance with the schedule…
Status frame
This position to be filled on a permanent contract is essentially an itinerant position with a team of 10 specialists spread over the national territory. You ideally live close to a large city close to all amenities (airport, train station, etc.).
Some missions are carried out in home base (Hot line, preparation of files, etc.)
Apart from the residential sector, the interventions can be elsewhere on the national territory and often include 4 days and 3 nights with a return on Thursday evening, Friday at home.
The annual average of hotel nights is around 70.
The keys to success:
– Hold a higher education Bac +2/3 to Bac +5 in mechanics and automation with a solid computer base;
– Ideally justify a first experience acquired in the after-sales service field of medical diagnostics or an instrumentation company;
– Have good knowledge of Windows servers, databases, TCP/IP networks;
– Be autonomous and organized, rigorous, have an excellent team spirit and good communication skills
– Master English
