This position is expecting to perform the recruiting activities of:

– Job postings/advertisement

– Candidate sourcing/Talent pool management

– Interview arrangements

– Staffing processing in Workday

– Hiring manager communication

– On-Boarding coordination

– Employer Branding Activities

– Hiring/Talent Connection Initiatives

– HR Admin activities & Employee Communications

– and other HR activities as needed

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

– Min. 2 years of experience in recuirting

– English communication skill

– Interpersonal skills

– Comfort handling sensitive information

– Work ethics to maintain confidential information

– Strong in Excel/Powerpoint
