Anlst Business Sys Analysis (DELLBOOMI & WebMethods)

Primary Responsibilities

• Support  large scale real-time integration on B2B/EAI and Managed File Transfer platform in a 24×7 environment.
• Proactively working with internal and external users to resolve system notifications and support issues timely with adherence to SLA standards.
• Required to work closely with business/functional analyst and subject matter experts to analyze support issues trends and implement initiatives to continuously reduce support issues with sound root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Provide expertise on application system administration, maintenance and software upgrades while optimizing application system uptime availability.
• Expected to perform operational support on shift roster.
   
  Secondary Responsibilities
• Development of large scale real-time integration on B2B/EAI and Managed File Transfer platform.
• Required to work closely with business/functional analyst and subject matter experts to understand business integration requirements, map them to system capabilities, recommend and design technical solutions, develop, test and support deployed solutions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology.
• Creative, careful and committed to optimizing system operational uptime availability and project deliverables.
• Strong in communication, analysis, problem solving and articulation skills.
• Ability to work independently and also as a team player within a global organization.
• Expected to work and collaborate with teams from US, EU & APAC regions.

  Essential Knowledge

• 1-2 years of hands-on working experience in the following software technologies:-

DELLBOOMI

• Strong hands-on experiences on Boomi Process building and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experiences on Boomi EDI Integration, API management and connector usages
• Boomi Integration Developer Certification (Preferable)

  SoftwareAG webMethods 8.2+ (Must Have)

• Proficient in webmethods development on webMethods Developer tool & Eclipse Development Tool
• Working implementation experience on RosettaNet PIPs (3Ax, 3Bx, 3Cx, 4Ax, 4Bx, 4Cx, 7Bx, 7Cx), EDI  X12/EDIFACT, XML/XSD, flat file schema, message format mappings and complex format conversions
• Well versed in integration protocols (eg. HTTP/S, SFTP, FTPS, WebService, MQ, JMS, DB adapters, TCP/IP)
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL
• Certification in SAG webMethods will be an added advantage
• Java development skill set will be an added advantage
