Job Summary:

Enterprise Computing Global Support team consists of highly knowledgeable and motivated individuals who can design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. We also have the opportunities to work directly with various strategic Cellular Phone Manufacturers and EDA/Semiconductor partners (e.g., Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Cray, Dell, HPE, Intel, NVIDIA… to name a few).  The selected candidate will be part of the Enterprise Computing Global Support team, with primary focus on strategic Semiconductor Manufacturers within the Americas region, supporting our FlowTracer product for the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) domain (http://www.pbsworks.com/).

 

What You Will Do:

 

Help customers solve technical issues while using our FlowTracer product
Assist customers in the creation, management and execution of their Design Flows
Communicate and document bug fixes and updates internally
Develop customer-facing documentation for our website, support portals, forums, and social sites on an as-needed basis
Work cross-functionally and develop working relationships with Sales, Services, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Assist with testing and validation of products as part of the extended development team
Provide second level support to customers; includes but not limited to modifying/extending flow scripts
Become the primary technical liaison to designated strategic customers.
Provide input to Business and Marketing to accurately describe the features and capabilities of a product.
What You Will Need:

 

Basics:

Bachelors, Masters or higher degree in Computer Science.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of EDA Flow Design and/or support experience.
Strong computer science and systems-level knowledge (e.g., networking, operating systems, file systems, high availability, containers).
Strong analytical and debugging skills (e.g., analyzing system and application logs, strace, lsof, gdb, gstack).
Required: tcl and other scripting languages (perl, python)
Experience deploying complex high-performance, high-transaction applications
Preferred:

Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and enterprise level data intensive applications a huge plus
Experience with Excel, Tableau, Cognos, Splunk or other analytics software is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development is required. C, C++ is a plus.
Experience with EDA/Semiconductor Flow Design tools (FlowTracer) is a significant advantage
