Accounting Specialist (Apprenticeship)

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist for 1 year in apprenticeship.
You will support the Finance function in operational activities.

Your major activities will be: 

• Support monthly + quarterly accounting close activities
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities

Your missions will be: 

• Book AP invoices & ensure proper approval workflows in place
• Review T&E per policy & prepare monthly accruals
• Support monthly accrued expenses calculations
• Prepare & monitor prepaid expenses
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Prepare tax declarations
• Analyze expenses

For this position you must have: 

• A Bachelor’s/Masters degree in progress
• To b fluency in English is imperative for international interactions.
• Prior work experience nice to have (internship)
• A strong knowledge of French GAAP
• To be able to work as part of a team
• To be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A good knowledge of excel
