Synopsys Israel is hiring an energetic and passionate Admin Assistant to support Sales Team leaders + Handle Office related administrative tasks.
- Support sales related campaigns
- Support Sales-Manager communications
- Support Sales Team in creating and maintaining common + shared Data-Base for sales team
- Provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers.
- Assist in research and compile special reports.
- Assist in Ordering/Maintaining office equipment.
- Assist in handling Synopsys-HW Shipment To/From Israel.
- Coordinates facilities issues and conference room scheduling.
- Set up local and off-site meetings.
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office tools: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven Organizational and Inter-personal skills
- Able to multi-task and maintain professionalism while working with a variety of confidential information and internal/external customers
- Passionate team player
