Purpose of role
To carry out Recruitment activities across the business, fulfilling organisational needs in line with the company strategy and future goals. You will help grow talent in the company by identifying, assessing and securing top candidates in a fiercely competitive market. Working with hiring managers to improve hiring strategies and training them on best practices.
What you will be doing
- Responsible for coordinating strategic recruitment needs across the business and direct hiring within the UK and the US
- Build successful relationships with hiring managers by conducting regular meetings to ensure clear expectations and plans
- Assist hiring managers create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for the position they are hiring
- Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing CV’s and conducting screening calls
- Maintain and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates in all regions and to best meet the companies hiring strategy Roll out Recruitment process with quarterly workshops to ensure hiring managers, interviewers and those new to the interview process are working to best practice
- Maintain records of all candidate details, interview notes and related paperwork
- Provide advice and support to regional recruiters on any of the recruitment process
- Develop and build a successful applicant/candidate network through advertising on company website, social media platforms, headhunting and networking
- Promote Employee Referral initiative to further enhance candidate interest
- Work with Marketing to promote Employer Branding in order to meet the hiring strategy
- Lead the UK Graduate Program recruitment campaign ensuring brochure details are current, the application process is maintained, shortlisted candidates are screened and facilitate Assessment Days
- Support regions with Early Careers Programs and offer advice and direction
What you will bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or CIPD qualification
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Five years’ experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of maintaining a recruitment database of candidates
Desirable
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
- Experience in and understanding of, supporting different teams globally
- Solid IT and social media Skills

Where you will work
We have offices in both Theale and Bristol. Our Headquarters is based in Theale where you will be located around plenty of country pubs in the area, golf courses, fishing lakes, good cycle and walking routes. Our Bristol office is modern, open plan complex located by the intersection of the M4 and M5.
