VP – SoC Architecture & Systems

What You’ll Do:

• This role will report to the SVP & GM of Custom Silicon & IP Group
• The candidate will manage and contribute to the SoC architecture and systems development for all the custom silicon programs.
• As a leader of a multi-disciplinary team of architects and domain-specialists, you will be expected to help guide your team in driving the most innovative technology in the market. You will help drive insightful and critical design and architecture decisions.
• The candidate will interact closely with other leaders and teams within the group, including solutions & marketing, silicon engineering, applications engineering, and Operations.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive prior experience with leading large silicon designs from conception to deployment in small geometries like 5/3nm is a must.
• Prior experience on defining architectures for ARM based SoCs or custom accelerators is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of the country’s culture, customs, and business practices
• Budget management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Salary and Benefits

We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate’s skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $155,000 to $200,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and location.
