RF Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for RF technology roadmap definition and execution
• Familiar with WiFi and Bluetooth integrated circuit market development and opportunities; understand and analyze the market dynamics of key players’ landscapes
• With mmWave auto radar and/or satellite communication experience is a plus
• Good at customer engagement and business planning
• Advise management team of market potential, penetration strategies, and customer positioning

Job Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
• At least 10 years of experience in IC design or marketing
• Experience with N7/N5 technology development is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret market information for strategy development
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional organizations
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
