Thus, through our enriching internship program, we help develop the next-generation of engineers and technologists. As an Electronics Software Development and Testing Intern, you will help develop our industry-leading simulation software while gaining real experience in your field of study.  You will work on a variety of impactful projects to help maintain, advance, and accelerate ANSYS products. In this internship, you will support our Electronics Business Unit. This is a 40-hour per week paid position starting Aug 2023 and concluding in Dec 2023.

RESPONSIBILITIES

− Develop and code small features using C++ and fix defects to enhance the product

− Advance software robustness by testing and verifying defect fixes.

− Conduct interactive and automated testing of user interfaces and simulation results.

− Build tools that automate software development/testing infrastructure processes.

− Learn and employ best software practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

− Pursuing a MS in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science,  electrical engineering, numerical methods, circuit simulation, device modeling or related technical degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

− Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to university after the completion of the internship program.

− Experience in with C/C++, Python or Java.
